• Once you have priced your sash windows and you are happy that you have measured correctly, please email, fax or post us the window sizes (w x h) along with any extras that you require. Please note that we do not take responsibility for incorrectly measured sash windows
  
  
• When your paperwork has been verified by a member of our sales team, they will contact you in order to take payment details
  
  
• Once your sash windows have been manufactured and have met quality control standards we send them to our haulage contractors which will in return give us a date when they are next in your area. As soon as we have a delivery date confirmed we will inform you
  
  
• Delivery approx 4 weeks (UK mainland)
  
  
• Please send us all relevant contact details e.g. house phone number, work number, mobile, full address and any delivery instructions (if access is limited) etc
